Our Mission
Good sleep isn't hard; but the modern lifestyle makes it difficult.
We're wired to wake with the sun, rest when it sets, and run on a rhythm.
But now we blast blue light at midnight. Chug caffeine at 4 p.m. Scroll for dopamine hits in the morning. Work against our biology.
And then we wonder why our sleep hygiene is poor.
Let's be honest, we know what good sleep should look like.
Get sunlight first thing. Exercise. Cut the coffee. No screens before bed. Go to bed at the same time. Wake up early. Repeat.
But no one lives like that. Not consistently. Not sustainably.
Because life doesn't care about your sleep hygiene. So we built Circadian because we do.
We built this to take the pressure off. To work in the background while you live in the real world. To turn science into routines you'll actually stick with: by making them passive, automatic, invisible.
Rhythm doesn't guess. It uses light therapy to help you put your sleep back into sync.
So even if your habits are chaotic, your circadian doesn't have to be.
Better sleep isn't a luxury; it's non-negotiable. Energy, clarity, mood, metabolism, memory — it all starts here.
So if you're too busy to care about sleep, we will.
Circadian started with improving student sleep at Duke University. But it ends on your nightstand; in the hands of someone who'll wake up just a little better tomorrow.
Tomorrow doesn't belong to the restless. It belongs to the well-rested.
